Meydomo Terms of Service

1. The Basics

Full-service real estate listing support from contract to close. Here's what you're signing up for:

  • $199 upfront fee – due when you sign
  • $999 success fee – collected from closing proceeds (we only win when you win)

2. Add-On Services

Professional photography, drone footage, yard signs, lockboxes, open houses – the works.

  • Pricing varies by location based on local market rates
  • Coordinated by Sofía (our AI), executed by vetted local professionals, reviewed by humans
  • You'll see exact pricing in your quote before you commit

3. Your Safety Matters

This is non-negotiable for us.

  • All field professionals are carefully vetted through our partner, Home-Dispatch.com
  • Full background and criminal screening on every gig worker
  • We take your safety – and the safety of everyone entering your property – seriously

4. Equipment Deposits & Replacement

We provide professional equipment. Please take care of it.

  • Lockbox replacement: $80 (if lost or damaged)
  • Sign pole replacement: $25 (if lost or damaged)

5. Payment Terms

  • Upfront fees due at signing
  • Success fees collected at closing
  • Add-on services: payment due upon completion of work – your service professional will share a payment link so you can review the finished work and pay on the spot

Payment never lingers beyond delivery. Late payments incur a 10% fee.

6. The Fine Print

  • These terms are governed by United States law
  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 8 days of service delivery
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
  • We commit to doing our best – but real estate has variables. Our obligations are best-effort, not guaranteed outcomes.
